WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TELKOM TO ANYONE!

It's just over a month now i reported a fault on my ADSL line which is on my brother in laws name & nothing has been done about it I kept calling Telkom only to be told everytime that a technician will contact me, but no calls have been received from Telkom. I use this for work as well & i had to rent a wireless modem with a simcard & so far i have spent over R1000 on DATA alone, which i keep making it clear to Telkom as well, but still nothing has been done! I have been told numerous times that they will escalate this, but it sure as hell doesn't look like it!!!!! I am really fed up with Telkom the service is pathetic, they show no mercy whatsoever!!!! I would never recommend Telkom to anyone!
