Wost ADSL service ever.

I had Telkom ADSL service installed at my place following the promotion that they had. Thought I would be an ok service but I have not even paid my first bill and experiencing problems. its only been the first month, I had to call them more than 6 time's as its not working and horribly slow constantly hangs and looks like the connection drops. 1st *** - 19 FEB - said it will be fixed no feedback

Ref: ********** - 26FEB - got an sms saying nothing is wrong on the line - but still not working.

to be honest its worst than Dial up, after technology has improved cannot belive we still get Junk like this. having to call thier call center takes about 30 mis holding time even after that you get no good results.

Last night the connection dropped again, I have to go through the run around again -

I actually want to cancel the contract my advice to any one is....Rather dont sign up for Telkom ADSL
