Wosrt Service at Telkom Store Menlyn

I have been having a dispute with Telkom over my bill, The call centre agent advised me to speak to the manager at the store to try and resolve this. Thomas Makwela the consultant at the store gave me attitude when I requested to speak to the manager, he **** and said the manager is not in store and she will not be available for few days. I requested the name of the store manager which he provided and the store manager walked out of the back office minutes later. After asking I asked him several times why he **** he changed his story and said the manager can not see customers. Telkom activated roaming without my permission no one is able to explain how it happened. Now I am sitting with crazy bills that they demand that I pay. Now the store can not deactivate roaming on my phone and Thomas gave me a case number and could not explain why they can not deactivate it. The service I received was appalling and all the senior staff stood there and watched without assisting. <br> <br> Disgusted Customer
