Wosest service provider ever

I was interested in purchasing a laptop from telkom so I went on their website selected the item and requested a call back the agent called back in a matter of a few hours sbe made the sale took down the banking details I had asked the consultant would they be delivering during the lock down and it was confirmed that they would be I've tried to contact them on multiple platforms and occasions to no success I will not be at home if the device is delivered on the 17th onwards this is complete and utter nonsense they should at least advise us on the tracking process of the order
