worthy of praise

i had to renew my telkom mobile ( mix) and got no joy on the south coast as there is no store avaible to do so. so i had to drive all the way to durban chatsworth centre on 2016-03-25 . to my luck i managed too get there by 11:00 and the store was still open. i was first attended to by lee ann who then informed me that only darryl could assist me with the telkom mix. although the store was closing at 12:00 and to sort out my cellphone which takes a bit of time these guys were excellent in the service as they explained all that was needed to know regarding my upgrade.which i did with much joy as these two people were very helpful. <br> <br> other customers were disgruntled with the service and i could not see the reason for this as these two employees were very helpful and willing to assist regardless of the time.
