Worthless Telkom Data

I have ample data and am within the LTE Telkom Data reception area, in the Bellville CBD in the Western Cape. I got messages that I was surfing the internet out of bundle. I checked my data and found 7 gig of data available. I received a bill where I was charged for surfing the internet out of bundle. I have colleagues suffering the same treatment from Telkom. By implication Telkom data is worthless. My colleague has the same problem.
