****ing useless telkom. I will be ending my contract with you guys as effective immediately! You claim that I haven't paid my bills, yet I have proof of every payment I made and every invoice you sent me.

Then to have the audacity to be calling me previous employer of 4 years ago. Telling them that I am not paying my bills, but my account has been paid in full?

So first thing that I want to know is where did you get my previous employers details? Because I never provided them to you. So you are currently definitely in breach of the popi act and I am most definitely going to take this matter further!!!

2ndly who gave you the right to call my previous employer? I demand a letter of apology be sent to them immediately because of your false lies, you have now tarnished my well respected reputation and I will most definitely be claiming damages for your reckless and negligent behavior.
