Worste service provider

Never use telkom as a service provider, when i canceled my contract on both mobile contracts telkom only canceled the one and i was liable to pay the fees for the one that wasn't canceled. i submitted the cancellation form with both numbers on the one form and just one was canceled so telkom owes me money. Then they tried to deduct 20 rand and charged me 200 rejection fees. Its just a money making just because i didn't want to stay with them as a client due to the billing issues i had. The lady said the 20 rand was that i still owe telkom but where is my money that i had to pay for a 2 months for a contract that was not canceled due to mistakes telkom made. Never use this service provider as since i started with them i could not wait for the contract to end to start one with vodacom or a different service provider. Stay away people you will have issues like me and everyone i know.
