Worste service ever. No stock apparently

Im due for an upgrade. When i went to the store to upgrade they informed me they dont have the device im looking for. I went to 2 different store with the same outcome. This is very very **** service as i feel you vant advertise something and then dont have stock in any shop. I think i might aswell cancel all 3 my contracts at Telkom and move to a new service provider as i cant struggle with telkom any longer
