Worste service ever

Dear Telkom

I have been a loyal customer of Telkom for 11 consecutive years.

Im 5min away of changing my service provider, livid for the poor service delivery received from Telkom.

I have been in contact with them numerous times in regards to my whole connect which includes landline and internet that as been disconnected due to cable theft since Septemeber 2017 and they have assured me that the problem will be sorted out promptly yet it now March 2018 and still no connections but I have to pay my bill every single month yet there is no service!

Please pay immediate attention to this matter.
