Worste Customer service received from Telkom

<p>I experienced bad service from Thembela Duma as she gave me a bad attitude and failed to help me with a query I had . She promised to help me with a problem that I had and made it worse than before. I am so disappointed with the way your staff works and for that reason I will never ever again associate myself with Telkom and its *********** staff.</p>
