WORST WORST SERVICE PROVIDERS

So where does one start yo explain in a professional manner how pathetic a Business can be, Well I ordered a Samsung A8 on their so called black Friday (23 November 2018), where i almost phoned every single day finding out where my order is and every person had their own story to tell and said this day and that day i will receive it, only later to find out that they dont have stock then a lady phoned me ( Tuesday 4th of December 2018) to stay they are going to give me now a Samsung A6+ and that i will receive it that Friday at the latest. Guess what still nothing. (just keep in mind they all ready took my money (Wednesday 28 November 2018) So i phone today again (10 Decemeber 2018) and they say the courier has it, so i phone the courier service and they say they have nothing, so i phone Telkom AGAIN only to be told i will receive it tomorrow (11 December 2018). I would seriously not recommend Telkom to any person, if i dont receive anything tomorrow i will cancel the order and go to a different service provider but can promise this is the last deal i will ever do with THEM.
