Worst than terrible company *****ing from people

We signed up for telkom internet last year and within 2 weeks we cancelled the service due to bad coverage in our area and returned their router. Since then telkom has made monthly debits on my husbands account, we tried to reverse it but it seems as if they just find other ways to deduct the money out of your account. We tried talking to a supervisor via the call centre but they always say they will get back to you and never resolve the problem. This company is *****ing money from people and getting away with they should be closed down.
