Worst than a Bank!

So I've had a Telkom contract for almost about 2 years. In the 2years they debited me incorrectly when the 25th is on a Saturday.... I get paid on a Saturday. I work in a bank so if a client comes into the bank and tells me a month before the time I won't have money on that date you have to help. You CANNOT turn that customer away! I get my Bill today and see that the debit date is the 24th??? So I call ur *** call centre to request that it be changed. "We can't help you" "there's nothing we can do" ok.... can I speak to ur team leader coz surely there's something that can be done I don't want to be penalized for something that I can surely prevent (charged r202 for a debit that bounced, my bank doesn't even charge that much!) "Oh sorry the team leader is busy but said the same thing" YOU GUYS ARE THE WORST, BANKS OPERATE BETTER THAN YOU. YOU COULD GO WORK FOR THE ANC!
