Worst, terrible service

I called telkom customer service blacklisting the lost phone... I needed itc number they promise to send it within 48 hours...i called again they made the same promise... I am still waiting... That was two weeks back... I am so disappointed in tbeir service it is the worst service ever, nobody bothers to explain what is the hold up and they are really inconveniencing me.
