WORST TELKOM WORST!

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I get an sms and calls each and everyday that I owe Telkom. When they recheck they find that my account is up to date. the sms's are irritating. Their call center agents have poor customer service skills and they are rudely not helpful! I spoke to Siphephelo today and all he can say is that your account is to date and there is nothing we can do with the constant sms's and call you get. case closed! in a rude way. I am being told I must accept to receive this notification up until whenever and just ignore them. I hate Telkom! I have had contract with you for more than 10 years and I will soon move to another service provider.
