WORST TELKOM SERVICE EVER!!!

Telkom service is the worst. Telkom doesn't debit for 2 months and then on the 3rd month they debit 3 months debit order one time. I made a payment from my capitec account to Telkom on the 02/07/2022 and till date it does not reflect on my Telkom bills emailed to me. when I try to contact Telkom I'm on hold, and then i tried to email Telkom customer care and every email i could find to get in contact with Telkom and i have not received a reply till today. Telkom login MY PROFILE that does not work on my phone or the laptop or computer i tried those sites and then no sites work. how else do i check my accurate balance and do payments cos these bills just increases even though payments are being made and going to the store is just a waste of time because all they do is tell you visit the site or pay at retails store.
