Worst telkom service

I bought data from telkom on Black Friday, the data does not worked. I have called Telkom they told me to change the setting on my phone, did not work. Then they checked if I’m in the coverage area , which I am and still cannot access my data. On Thursday I received and sms that my case has be resolved which clearly has not, since I still cannot access the data. I have tried calling , it seems like they have blocked my number. Telkom has a technical team that are *********** and I have no ideas for what they get paid for. My data expires in December and I still haven’t used it , and telkom is not goicing me a refund
