Worst telkom service

Telkom is the worst service ever dealt with and they customer service is even worst they don't understand simple english either....every month my mobile and adsl goes to different amounts i even get charged for cancelling my debit order and paying via they telkom portal i call them every month and still same things happens i regret even being they customer and uptil now not one manager or anyone from telkom called to do a follow up ....terrible service
