Worst Telkom service!!!!!

I have numerously logged a call for a refund with Telkom 2 yrs running and no joy at all. Refund was for debit order testing done in Dec 2017 which was refundable within 3 months. The last call I logged was Case No: ***1 on 01/11/2019 and was closed on 14/11/2019 by Philipine Madikane before being resolved because she doesn't understand what happening. I'm done with Telkom - I have cancelled my contract and will definitely reverse the last debit order and pay them the difference for all I care. They don't care about their customers at all - worst service ever!!!!!
