Worst Telkom Service

Telkom is the worst service ever, my contract ended but they still trying to debit from my account, so now I'm reversing it and they are charging me for it by charging me a penalty fee for non payment, but the contract has ended. Really Telkom? Really? you have been a monopoly company in the past, so now I think you are scared to see your clients go and that's because of your extremely poor service.
