Worst telecommunications service ever!!!

So we all know telkom is the worst company when it comes to telecommunications but they are so easy to send out false bills and suspend your Internet services for no reason, so after paying an amount wish is not connected to my account at all, they are so arrogant to say it's not there problem to reconnect my isp and that I should have phoned earlier, wish is also impossible to do (because the lazy so called workers never answer the phones) totally disgusted by the poor service I get from them. A bunch of stupid illiterate idiots.!!!
