Worst telecommunications
On the 20th of January I called a Telekom to report faulty line till today is not done. I did number of follow ups and nothing happens. Escalation ref 820375. On 26th called for other line that is faulty but they still not coming to fix my lines. I work from home and now stuck with no landlines. I wend to TELKOM kolonade retails which was useless coz they can't help me. All they want is payment but no service delivery.
