Worst telecommunication service provider in history.

I have informed my ISP that I will relocate. Between MWEB and Telkom they have made error upon error in getting this right, to the degree that I have been without an ASDL line from 26 December 2018. Every time I speek to a consultant it is something different and the system... THE SYSTEM is not working. I have had no internet or access to emails for January 2019 and all it was suppose to be is the switching of a line from the moving from one premise to another.
