Worst technology service provider in South Africa

Running out of soft capped data on my fiber I want to purchase more data. NON OF THEIR APPLICATIONS TO PURCHASE DATA WORKS. Apps, website ...anything. I do not know what is more sad...probably me trying my UTMOST to give them money and not being able to do so. They have the worst website and app I have ever come across.

Apart from that I have a 100mbs line. I have it on record that I have never been able (on a consistent basis) get an average download spead of more than 50mbs regardless of time of day or number of users on my router. They will come and ‘fix’ the problem, showing I am getting in the 90’s mbs...10 minutes after they have left back to the original speed.

I am really tired of their service in general and I am tired of being dependant on them...
