Worst technology company in South Africa

<p>We bought a new house at the end of last year and arranged timeously for Telkom to move the line. the technician arrived and said the cable was damaged and needed to be fixed , the box is less than 10 meters from my unit. They have missed 3 appointments now and when we call they just tell another lie and put down the phone. I cannot wait for fibre to be in our area with an alternative vendor so we never have to deal with this level of incompitence again. I strongly suggest if you are looking for internet connectivity you go with anyone else but Telkom. They will soon be in the same state as the SABC.</p>
