Worst technical service ever
Over the last 3 months, my telephone line was faulty. And i would wait more than 2 weeks for the technician to come out. On the 25th April I reported my line is not working again, case number: 345CWK250416. Still no one came. Yet, they sent you reminders to pay your bill, but no updates I receive for repair and I phone that I am not using. I would not recommend anyone to Telkom and I am considering now other options too.
