Worst Technical Department Ever!

I run a guest house which largely relies on business travellers who require internet access during their stay. Our internet has not been working for nearly a week and each day that I call to find out the status of the technicians arrival I'm told a different story (e.g. technician has not been assigned, technician will come today, technician was calling the wrong number). When we put the initial request in we were told that it would take up to 4 working days and when I called today, I was notified that a technician had not been assigned (even though yesterday I was told they were coming yesterday) and that it could take up to 14 business days. The thing that amazes me is that each time I call, it's as though I am calling for the first time. Even though you provide a reference number the representative has no recollection of what happened in the previous call. I am so incredibly disappointed by this service, I'm currently getting quotes for alternative providers for both my business and residence.
