Worst supplier ever!!!!!!do not support them

In 6 months time after talking to over 23 people from consultants to managers, as simple task of changing my account bank details simply too difficult for them to do. I lost all my data and free minutes.my name on bad credit cause telkom can't even allocate payments properly. This has been the worst network I've ever been on from service to plain and simple management. With a baby on the way I can't even get a car due to telkom staff so incompatant to do there jobss!! I Hate them and will never support them in any way again. Belive me even there divices are worthless just like there employees!!!
