Worst Store manager

I had a terrible experience at Telkom Watercrest Mall in Durban where the store manager told the consultant to stop assisting me and return to their meeting I should go buy data at Spar. Consultant even told her that I'm a customer but she continued shouting that I should go to Spar. I felt so invaluable as a customer, my concern is does she do that to all customers or just specific ones? I'm really concerned about her management skills.
