Worst short term insurance -Telkom insurance experience-

Telkom Insurance I have tried to claim with my cellphone insurance company (Telkom device Insure) till this day am still waiting for them to find my profile on there website. The incident happened on the 31st of last month (July 2024) and its the 8th of August 2024 now and still no feedback about my. i have spoken to managers who have "escalated" the matter but still no outcome. I have given them my email so they can update me but nothing. Every time I call its the same thing over and over. "We are escalating the matter" Went to the Telkom stores looking for assistance and they couldn't help me also. "saying its a different department and i will have to call in" and was informed that after 31 days I will not be able to make a claim. And now it feels like that's what they are trying to do. Waste my time and let the 31 days laps so I cant make my claim anymore
