Worst Seve Ever from All sides

Worst service that i have ever received in my life , I was at a Telkom Direct store laaaaaast week Monday with my aunt to get a contract phone and up until today seems like my new contract application has not been yet approved and the worst part is that no one bothers to even call and clarify the information , i am the one who has to call and even that is no use because your agents always promise to call back but never do . I had to redial each of the multiple numbers of the store +20 times inorder to finally get someone picking up and the worst part of the whole thing one of the numbers that i found on TELKOMS OWN WEBSITE of the direct store was not even working. Its been a week , a whole week and nothing !, i expected quality services from a big and old company like Telkom but am not just disappointed am above that, and even your online customer care is no better there's is totally no feedback or whatsoever from online applications that is why I had to go to the store.<br> <br>
