Worst servive provider ever!!!!

I cancelled my Telkom LTE-A in October 2018 due to only getting 0.7mbs download. They are still trying to ***** my money which i have been reversing every month. It's not gone up to R3000. They were meant to collect my router and they aren't allowing me to drop it off at a store. I need this cancelled ASAP. And the debits needs to stop!!! Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service
