Worst servise ever

<p>i would like to name and shame Telkom direct. i have a serious problem with them. i called in like Gazilion times, i asked to speak to the manager or supervisor. They refused to do that. i am dealing with a ***** matter and they tell me the best they can do is open a case. what about all the money i lost. This is unacceptable. Please do not apply fo anything online. Either the staff or somebody in there will use your details to take contracts with your details. it happened to me.</p>
