Worst services : Telkom

Telkom is now the worst network and they have the worst services. I lost my phone two day ago, i went to telkom to do a sim swap but they wouldn't do it because the person who sold me the sim ( a cashier at pep) entered the wrong passport number in their system. How is this my fault because i gave her the right one. And their system shows my name and surname. I need this number, how can they not help me?
