WORST SERVICES EVER!!! I HATE TELKOM MOBIL

I have been in contact with telkom mobile with regards to my case ***7 and i spoke to the team leader by the name of noluthando madala who was very useless in dealing with the matter as compared to other team leaders i have spoken to. However she advised that the matter is with themba sambo who has been claiming to call me and stating that i do not pick up my phone and i am unreachable whereas i am reachable when contacted by other people and telkom mobile contact centre. I am sick tired of telkom mobile and their unprofesional employees and i will be a complet idiot to even refer anyone to them and this just explains why their packages are cheap. poor services. they terminated my contract without giving me any notice and also deduct termination charges from account without any communication with me or whatsoever and now i fight to get the matter resolved they are making me wait for over a months to sort it out and worse they terminated the contract after two payments were made before the contract was terminated and after attempts of making arrangements for payment, so i struggle to understand what kind of bussiness does such and do as they please without informing me.
