i just received an invoice for the month ,i was charged a rejection however i was debited on an incorrect date its is not my fault that telkom doesn't debit accounts on weekends i will not pay for your stupid processes ,i like telkom but i won't lose money over the company's mistakes ,i spoke to a call centre agent neliswe cele she is so *********** she kept on telling me she doesn't have manager no wonder she doesn't know her job
