Worst service that does not deserve a start

<p>I have for the past three months been struggling with Telkom business Nelspruit to install my phone and Internet and to date the job has been done incompletey. Our business relies on the phone and Internet to function and as a result we have lost revenue due to the incompetence of Telkom. We have repeatedly spoken to our sales rep. who unfortunately does not return our calls or text message and if he does he promises but can't help you. We have spoken to his manager who also behaves in the the same way and has since resigned. Now Telkom has been deducting money from our account for services that we don't have. Please if there is anyone who could help we are really desperate, as we are losing revenue to sustain the business as the telephone and Internet are central to the functioning of the business.</p>
