Worst service .TELKOM MOBILE

<p>Telkom does not know what customer service is about. Pity they have no customers interest on hand. They have no passion about customer service. I have purchased a mobile phone over a weeek ago. It takes 5 days to release. On querying they tell me there is a problem with the product code.3 days have past since and they cant give me a date on when this will be fixed. Absolute worst service. Still they are waiting for the warehouse to get back. Pathetic.</p>
