Worst service Telkom

Went to TDS store in Walmer Mall I waited hour in the row and when I got to the front the agent told me that's why they got the books to show the deals. He didn't want to help me at all or to explain a ADSL deals...want to get a quote on landline and adsl very pathetic service.
