Worst service - Telkom

Worst service service ever!!!!The 10213 line doesn't work, you hold for an hour in order to get service. The call centre agents are very rude. I ordered a laptop and a router, they debited my account after few days which they didn't even inform me about it. I called them two weeks later that my order hasn't arrived, guess what? The consultant advised that it has not been processed. I sent an email to them and they advised that the package is out of order!!! How can you debit my account knowing very well that there isn't stock!! I called this morning, guess what. I was on hold for an hour and thirty minutes! Spoke to the agent and she hung up the call! Worst service ever.
