Worst service - technicians

<p>-n the 17-08-2016 I reported our telephone lin-e fault . I was givin a refrence number and was told a technician will be assigned to my fault . I waited paitently . On the 18-08-2016 i phond and was told tht a tecnician as been assigned at 7 am and will have it fixed today . </p> <p> </p> <p>After numeroius follow ups nothing has happend . At 14:30 a technician was at the complex gate he hooted and just drove off . I then went out to the treet and saw him on the street coner walked over to him where he was busy taking a power nap, I spoke to him and asked if he was there for my problem . He rep**** no he has two other units in the same complex . He took the my number and the problem number and said he he will phone telkom and asked that the fault be assigend to him as he is here . ... </p> <p> </p> <p>And gues what nothing was done after phoneing the call centre again explaining the problem i was told they will get hold og the tecnician and asked him to phone me and this nnever happen . they also said they cant tell me when he will come as they dont know how their work load is. </p> <p>I f they can sleep on the street coners and the load isnt that much as they dont even wait for someone to open the gate of the complex . </p> <p> </p> <p>I am running a business and loosing customers as well as money . they just dont worry . </p> <p> </p> <p>I have all conversations recored for refrence purposes . </p>
