Worst service/**********

<p>I have the LTE NEt with telkom. R799 a month. A few weeks back my net just got cut for some reason. I thought it was the weather so i just left it for a few days cause of signal. After about 12 days of no net i finally went into the telkom in Hemingways in East london. They told me my account cut off cause i did not do a payment. After i told them to look into it we found out that telkom did debit my account for the month so they just cut me off for about 12 days. They said they would contact me about my my incident and would be soreted shortly. After about 5 days i ended up going back to telkom and asking whats happening. They created another case for me and said they would phone me. No one called me and the 25th came and they took R1600 out my account with no one contacting me or letting me know. They even charged me for the full amount of the days i had no net. The whole time this happened there was no manager in the store or to be seen at all. So today i got a notification from my bank to tell me telkom has taken another R1600 out my account.. So here i sit with no money, accounts to be paid and all the bank charges im going to get when they go off and i have no money. Telkom wont even call me to say sorry or assist in any way. Worst service in my life. Never have i had someone take my money out my account like this</p>
