Worst service received ever!

I am mad at Telkom their service is the worst. People I urge not take a contract with Telkom. I purchased a samsung devirce with the store which was under 1 year warranty. MY phone stopped charging 9 months after I bought it, I took it back to the store because it is still under warranty. 2 weeks after taking it back for repairs I received an SMS from Telkom/Samsung telling me that I have been billed for R13516.99 because my device has been deemed out of warranty. When I look at my contract it showed that my phone is still under warranty. I am so disappointed at both Telkom and Samsung at this point I regret taking this contract with them and I can not wait for 3 years to hit, so that I can part my ways with them,
