WORST SERVICE PROVIDER TO DEAL WITH

We have experienced pathetic service from telkom and its consultants.We currently have 2 contracts with Telkom at R305 monthly. Since May 2018 there has been 3 deductions by Telkom from the bank account of R2247 .We went to the pavillion telkom branch but no staff could help us as we had to log a call back.we spent 1h30 just on the call. Vuyo Radebe a telkom consultant advised us that someone else(persons name was given) was using my husbands banking details for another account.We were advised to fill out a affidavit at police station(which was submitted) only and the agent would get back to us.till today no one has contacted us.We have made several calls to telkom with no help the consultants are unhelpful and useless.Last Friday R1403 was deducted again after notifying them of this problem earlier, we then seeked assistance with the telkom branch in Gateway .We were advised that the matter is under investigation,When asked about our money being returned they stated it can only be returned after the investigation and they do not know how long that will be,again a callback was logged to the billing department as instore staff cannot assist.Till today billing has no called us back.... .We were advised by the police station to open a case of ***** but till today telkom has not called us back with the information so therefore we cannot open up a case of ***** . The consultants are confused the 2nd consult said there is no evidence of *****.The error was with telkom and now they expect us to wait so long for our own money.This is absolutely pathetic,ridiculous service from telkom. The consultants refuse to give us references for the calls made. No instore staff can assist with queries,No feedback given to the client,consultants are so confused they are giving wrong information to clients,this was telkoms error and now we have to suffer.I am very appauled by the service of telkom i truly wish to cancel the contracts.I have since notified my legal aid who will be hopefully sort out this matter.Horrible service from telkom. Will never recommend telkom to anyone,if possible i wish to cancel my dealings with them.
