Worst service provider "TELKOM"

I had some contracts with telkom, 2 of which ended in May 2021 and I gave them 30 days notice of termination for the 2 contracts but to date only 1 has been terminated and I'm still being charged for it and I call telkom almost every week trying to terminate this contract but it's still not done
