Worst service provider out there

Get a phone call from the accounts department regarding being charged for a device for a month when I didn't have one due to the iPhone I was given not working. The person was the rudest individual I have ever spoken to and I wish I had her name so that I could take action against her. Will now take further action against Telkom with NCC, this type of service is just not acceptable.
