WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD - Handed over without any communication

I have really had the worst experience with Telkom. Firstly, you can't even change your bank details with them, unless you have aTelkom number. I took out a router with them a few years ago, and have been consistent with paying. I changed my bank details, but now could not get a hold of them, because I have a vodacom cellphone number, and it doesn't allow to call Telkom. I tried requesting a call back, logging a fault, but nothing. I could not keep a bank account just for my Telkom deductions, so when the bill came, I made a payment. I cancelled the account at the end November, because it is really a hassle. I keep getting messages that I have been handed over, but no one from Telkom even called to say anything. The last statement i got from Telkom on the 6th January said i do not owe anything, my account is fully settled. Today I called and asked what the problem is, the lady i spoke to said that Telkom is charging me for all the rejected payments, so they are charging me R202.70 each time the payment is rejected. I told her they need to stop deducting from that account & I can give them my new account (Even though I have cancelled). I asked the lady if i make the payment of R202.70 today, will they stop sending me invoices and getting the debt collectors to call me. The lady said no, she cannot change my account, nor is the final payment R202.70, because they will bill me another R202.70 for end of Jan, they just keep deducting, even though I don't have that bank account anymore. What the heck is going on? How do we get this resolved? Am i going to pay Telkom R202.70 until I die??? What is the solution to this? Can anyone help me at Telkom????
