Worst service provider in the world by far

Telkom has the worst service ever. I got uncapped internet 8mb/s for R779 per month that must go off with debit order. First i wait 2 months for the installation then thay bill me from the time it was approved witch meen i had to pay that they said i don't only after installation has been done now a month and a half later i get a bill for over R2300 that i need to pay because they put me on eft payments not on debit order and to top it all they cut off my service when i reached them with the chat service they set uo up the debit order but i need to pay the money before they can reconnect my service now its 78hrs later and the system is still off and don't phone them they put the phone down in your ear after they say they can't help you what can i do?
