Worst service provider in the world

I have been waiting for a fibre router from Telkom for 4weeks now.When you phone 10213 they tell you someone will contact you in 72hours.This never happens.They blame Courier It and they blame Telkom.The worst service ever.Then they have the audacity to bill me for this non service.Please don't use Telkom for fibre to spare yourselfs endless trouble.
